DELIVERY POLICY

1.0 Upon receiving your order, we will communicate with you to confirm the delivery schedule, location, payment and request for other additional information prior to processing the order for the goods. 

2.0 We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may also cancel orders for any reason which may include, the items are out of stock, pricing or system errors and declined payment by the financial institution. If we cancel an order after you have already made your payment, we will refund the billed amount within 2 to 3 working days.

3.0 Goods will be delivered within 1-3 working days from the date the order is confirmed and with its full payment. There will be occasions of delayed deliveries in the event of bad weather, traffic congestion, high delivery volume, or other unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding and patience.

4.0 Delivery of goods service is currently available to addresses within selected areas in Bangkok. Please contact us to find out more details on which areas are eligible for the delivery service. 

5.0 Orders of THB2,500 or more (per delivery address) are delivered free of charge. Any orders below THB2,500 will be subject to a delivery charge.

6.0 You are required to inspect your goods when you take delivery of them. You will be required to note any damage or shortages on the delivery documentation which is presented to you by the carrier for signature. 

7.0 Once the goods have been delivered, they shall be held at your own risk, and we shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to the goods thereon. This would include any fault or deterioration of goods as a result of fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, or from your inappropriate handling or storage.

8.0 We also offer a free collection service from any of Cheerz’s retail outlets. You would be able to choose your collection point during checkout. The goods shall be ready for collection within 1-2 working days from the date of order confirmation and its full payment. Please bring an identification document for identification purposes. We may refuse to provide you with the goods if we are not able to verify your identity or if you are below the age of 20 years old. 

9.0 All delivery dates and times are approximate, and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery, however caused. If delivery is delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.

10.0 The goods shall be delivered to the address specified on your order and shall be signed at the time of delivery. Anyone at the address specified on your order who receives the goods shall be presumed to be authorized to receive the goods on your behalf. 

11.0 In circumstances where no persons are available to sign for the delivery of the goods at the address specified on your order, we shall accept your instructions as stated in your order as to where to leave the goods, and you shall bear full liability for any loss of or damage to the goods arising therefrom. If no such instructions were given, we will contact you to reschedule another delivery date which may incur an additional delivery fee.
