Bright and refreshing, with notes of citrus as well as spice, this is a cracking-value grand cru gewurz from Alsace to serve with tasty creamy cheese, with tomato-based dishes, or for turning up the heat with a touch of spice. Very nice wine with floral, honey and citrus aromas.
It is perfect as an aperitif, but will also be the perfect companion to a
rack of lamb with honey and citrus, and fruit desserts.
