We do not offer refunds or returns on on products once purchased. This is because alcohol is a consumable good and allowing returns could pose a safety risk or lead to product tampering. However, there are some exceptions here:

• Damaged product: If the purchased alcohol is damaged upon delivery or purchase, the shop may offer a replacement or a refund.
• Incorrect product: If the shop mistakenly gives you the wrong product, they should readily offer a replacement or a refund.
• Order cancellation: we allow order cancellations within 1 day before the order is processed or delivered. In such cases, a full refund might be offered.
