Refund Policy

1.0         All requests for a refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in writing to us. However, refund request will not be considered if you have taken delivery of the goods.

2.0         If any order is cancelled by us after you have already made payment, we will refund the billed amount within 2 to 3 working days.

3.0         All refunds may incur 3% administrative charges and delivery charges (if any) deducted from the refund transaction amount.

4.0         We reserve the right to reject any request for a refund or exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable.
