Intense fruity aromas of ripe plums and cherry jam. Notes
of cocoa and spices, with a finish of vanilla. Smooth and
full of ripe tannins.
Grape variety:
100% Primitivo del Salento,
Intense red.
Vinification and fermentation:
Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature
at 24°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, aged in
American barriques for at least 3 – 6 months.
Recommended pairing:
Good with aged cheese, pasta and pizza.
