KUNIZAKARI WANOKOKORO NO

Profile: Nakano Sake Brewery produces mainly sake, but also umeshu (plum wine) and other liqueurs, as well as amazake (sweet fermented rice drink) and plum syrup. The Nakano philosophy is to put their heart and soul into their products and to create something people need in their lives. They produce a wide range of sakes, from everyday sippers to super premium.

Tasting Notes: This liqueur is made by mixing a luxurious amount of Japanese yuzu citrus juice into Junmai sake. It is characterized by a rich and mellow flavor with pronounced acidity.
