16 De' Vasari Chianti Riserva

The color is brilliant ruby red color with light garnet. The scent is vinous, with hints of vanilla and toasted bread; it presents slight balsamic notes of wood and spices. It enhances its finesse with ageing. The flavour is dry, fruity, slightly tannic, well-structured with good balance and high harmony.
Full bodied and fine, it is good for many occasions: excellent combination with roasts, grilled meats, all red meats, game and mature cheeses.
