Cherry colour with navy blue reflections. Aromas of small red fruits, liquorice, cherry with balsamic notes of anise, eucalyptus and mint; in the mouth soft with thick but high-quality tannins and a long finish.

Preliminary cold maceration, maceration at a controlled temperature for about 15 days.

Dishes: grilled meat, stew, tagliolini porcini, roast pork, red cold cuts, seasoned cheeses.

The name of the line was inspired by the most prosperous year (1921) for the production and trade of Sicilian wine. The Prive bottle appears to be dressed in typical Sicilian lace and resembles fabrics used by Sicilian women in the early 20th century.
