TASTING NOTE
Appearance : Ruby red color
Nose : Pleasant ripe red berries and dark cherry, enhanced by a touch of vanilla
Palate : ‘Classic Bordeaux’ with the structure, balance and roundness. Medium-bodied, easy to drink, with melted tannins and freshness. Tasty raspberry, cherry, blackberry and plum, elegantly expressed with complexity.
FOOD PAIRING
Wonderful alone, but perfect companion of many different meat dishes (grilled meat, duck, pork, chicken, bulgogi, tonkatsu and hamburger), various food (seafood with sauce, pizza, ragu pasta, cream pasta) and snack(hard cheese, milk chocolate)
